We're building concussion sensors for athletes. We've built a tiny device that weighs about 20 grams, and can be placed anywhere in a helmet with 3M tape, and provides instant, precise impact data through our app (via bluetooth). This allows you to know instantly how serious a hit/fall is. We've worked with neuroscientists to make our data useful enough for them to change how they diagnose a concussion, yet simple enough for a child to understand. With each impact, you're given a 3D recording of what happened to your head and the gforce's experienced.
